IMC has been in the Machine and Fabrication business since 1997. In 2011, we moved to our new 42,000 sq ft facility at 436 Calvert Drive in Gallatin, Tennessee. Our team includes skilled machinists, fabricators, millwrights, and a number of certified welders. We also maintain an extensive list of qualified part-time workers which allows us to handle larger jobs when needed.
We do all types of machining and lathe work, both manual and CNC. We fabricate all types of material handling equipment, from simple racks to sophisticated conveyor systems and we can install everything we build. We do all types of welding, i.e. MIG, TIG, Stick in all types of mild steel, stainless, and aluminum materials and maintain several portable machines to handle on-sight work.
Several of our major customers are Japanese automotive companies, therefore, we maintain a complete complement of metric tooling and we deal with Metric dimensioned prints as easily as SAE.We carry $3 million dollars of General Liability Insurance, as well as, Workman’s Comp, Commercial Auto, and Inland Marine / Garage Coverage. Insurance Certificates are available upon request. In addition, we maintain a complete OSHA Certified Safety Program.
We also offer around the clock coverage (7) days a week.
